Recruit Joining Pack
This is the first step in what may well be the most exciting journey that your child is going to experience during their teenage years!
Here you will find a digital copy of our Recruit Joining Pack, with guidance for how to complete the necessary paperwork in
order for your son or daughter to join the Royal Air Force Air
Please help us to reduce our environmental impact by using less paper; we ask that you download each of the forms provided here and complete them digitally.
Once completed, please email them from a parent or guardian's email account to our squadron adjutant at email@example.com
The Consent Certificate
The Royal Air Force Air Cadets (RAFAC) Consent Certificate records your consent, as a parent or legal guardian, for your child to be taking part in a wide range of activities. We will still require your explicit consent for some activities, in which case we will make it clear what that activity is and what it involves.
Bank Standing Order Form
The Bank Standing Order Form should be printed and filled with your personal details before handing it to your bank. Alternatively you can use our details found on the form to set up your own standing order via online or mobile banking.
The Health Declaration
The Royal Air Force Air Cadets (RAFAC) Health Declaration only needs to be completed if your child has any medical conditions, allergies or special dietary requirements.
Gift Aid Declaration
The Gift Aid Declaration allows the squadron, as a registered charity, to claim gift aid on subscription donations. If you are a UK taxpayer, please print off the form and sign it to say you agree to Gift Aid your subscription payments. This form should be returned to the squadron on your child's first night.
Uniform Measurement Form
The Uniform Measurement Form records your son or daughters measurements. We need these so that we can order their blue uniform from the RAF.
